Strategy Manager Jobs in Atlanta: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a strategy manager job in Atlanta?
Focus your search on Atlanta's three dominant hiring clusters: healthcare and health-tech firms anchored along the I-285 corridor, financial services and fintech companies in Buckhead and Midtown, and the logistics and supply-chain operators based near Hartsfield-Jackson. Candidates who combine MBA credentials with demonstrated cross-functional project leadership stand out here. Networking through Atlanta's robust finance and tech professional communities consistently shortens the search.
Which companies hire strategy managers in Atlanta?
Atlanta strategy manager roles are posted by Deloitte, Capgemini, and Google and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Atlanta's employer mix leans heavily toward large healthcare systems, regional banks and insurers, and global logistics companies with significant Southeast operations.
Are there remote strategy manager jobs in Atlanta?
Yes, though strategy manager roles that involve stakeholder alignment and executive presentations tend to lean in-person more than purely analytical positions. About 38% of strategy manager openings tied to Atlanta are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how companies balance flexibility with the need for in-room influence. Corporate strategy and market-entry planning functions are where Atlanta-based remote arrangements appear most frequently.
How can I get a strategy manager job in Atlanta with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Atlanta is through a rotational or associate strategy program at one of the city's large healthcare systems or financial institutions, which regularly hire recent MBA graduates and strong analysts into strategy-adjacent roles. Business analysts and senior operations roles at Atlanta-based logistics firms are a common lateral move into strategy. Demonstrating familiarity with Atlanta's core industries and showing up in local professional associations accelerates visibility.
