40Summary:
The Manager of Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain leads and executes enterprise-wide strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier strategy across the organization. Responsible for developing and implementing multi-year category strategies, driving cost savings, supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and value creation, while ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Provides leadership over contracting, procurement, and value analysis functions, while advancing, analytics-driven decision-making and supplier performance management. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and fosters strong internal and external relationships to deliver quality, safety, service, and cost outcomes.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or related field required
5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement or contract negotiation, preferably in a healthcare sitting.
Experience with GPO strategy and optimization, supplier risk management, and resilience planning a plus.
Preferred RN license or RRT license.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm
