About the Role
As a Global Supply Chain Sourcing Lead, you will spearhead procurement initiatives and supplier quality programs within a high-precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including identifying global suppliers for high-precision components and negotiating long-term service agreements.
- Leverage ERP/MRP systems to maintain inventory health and ensure procurement workflows align with production schedules.
- Drive supplier development initiatives to minimize nonconformances and elevate overall process reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to complex regulatory frameworks, including ITAR, FAR, and DFARS standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance to execute cost-optimization and value engineering projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing procurement with a focus on global supply chains.
- Proven expertise in managing supplier quality and regulatory compliance in mission-critical industries.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP software and data-driven procurement analytics.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex vendor contracts.
