We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Ops Support Analyst to support the development, documentation, and execution of customer agreements and sales transactions. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at contract drafting, interpreting contractual language, process documentation, and quote creation within a regulated financial services environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance/Billing, and Operations, ensuring customer agreements accurately reflect business terms while maintaining compliance with internal policies and operational requirements. This position requires a unique blend of strong writing skills, business acumen, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, edit, and manage customer contracts, amendments, order forms, statements of work, and other commercial documents.
- Translate business requirements and deal terms into clear, accurate contractual language while ensuring alignment with company standards and approved legal provisions.
- Partner closely with Sales and Legal teams to negotiate, revise, and finalize agreement language.
- Review customer requests and identify contractual, operational, and billing implications.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and customer-facing documentation.
- Build and maintain sales quotes within Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
- Ensure contracts, quotes, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance/Billing, Sales, and Operations teams to facilitate efficient contract execution and customer onboarding.
- Support billing and provisioning processes and ensure contractual obligations are accurately reflected in downstream systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of scalable operational procedures.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or related regulated industry.
- Strong experience drafting, revising, reviewing, and interpreting contractual language and commercial agreements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional business and legal documentation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance/Billing, and Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience with Zuora, ServiceNow, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Background supporting contract lifecycle management, sales operations, deal desk, legal operations, or commercial operations functions.
- Experience creating process documentation and SOPs.
- Understanding of billing, provisioning, and customer onboarding processes.
