The Support Analyst is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, chat, and client portal correspondence. Key Responsibilities:

• Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide superior client service and ensure outstanding quality resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and document solution operations.
• Complete thorough documentation of issues.

• Collaborate with and support other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 0-2 years relevant work experience

• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
