Key Requirements:

- Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, and ITRS.
- Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale, high-availability 24x7 production environments.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, RCA, problem management, and BCP/DR processes.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: $44.00 - $45.00 per hour
