- 5+ years of experience in information technology and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices

- Able to solve complex technical and operational problems
- Ability to plan and manage projects
- Ability to review and develop High availability environments for business applications and processes
- Capable of developing test and disaster recovery plans, cases and scripts ensuring traceability to all requirements
- Must have a working knowledge of servers, personal computers, networks, and data communications
- Advanced Windows Server Administration skills
- General knowledge of SQL server, Exchange Server, SharePoint, PowerShell scripting, Service Now
- Working knowledge of HP servers and enclosures
- Working knowledge of NetApp storage platforms and related software
