Talent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and implementation of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing:comprehensive support for the execution of recruiting and hiring operations, with a sharp focus on customer service. Talent Acquisition Coordinators work closely as a team and in tandem with Talent Acquisition Consultants.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to supporting the execution of offers, pre-boarding and onboarding of hires, including preparing interview packets, reviewing and trouble shooting period activity pay, and providing technical support to Talent Consultants. Talent coordinators may also assist with coordinating interviews and recruiting events, responding to emails from both internal and external customers, and engage in other projects as assigned.
Required Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1 year of relevant human resources or recruitment experience.
Desired Education/Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources.
Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
Efficiency and organization with the ability to prioritize work/tasks.
Experience with high volume HR-related processing
Familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Excel are highly desired
