- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and availability issues. This includes Windows and Linux VM support.
- Hands-on experience in integrating cloud platforms with other cloud-based systems, ensuring data consistency and availability.
- Participate in assessments and audits of existing Azure deployments to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure operational activities are completed within the required SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support tailored Azure solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical guides and operational procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including architecture, configuration, and management.

- Strong experience with PowerShell Scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Relevant active Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ - 104), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ - 400), are preferred.
- Full stack development experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
