- Complex infrastructure diagnostics using deep knowledge of the OSI model — TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, TLS, and application connectivity.
- Azure infrastructure design and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code and automation tooling.
- Support of highly available, secure enterprise production environments with zero tolerance for unplanned downtime.
- Cross-functional collaboration with application, network, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex platform issues.
- 7+ years of infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
- Deep, hands-on Microsoft Azure administration and platform engineering — not surface-level familiarity.
- Strong production AKS / Kubernetes experience — owning the cluster, not just deploying into one.
- Expert-level Azure networking: VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing, private endpoints, DNS, load balancers, and hybrid connectivity.
- Excellent OSI / TCP-IP networking fundamentals and production troubleshooting skills.
- Strong Linux systems knowledge.
- Infrastructure as Code proficiency — Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Scripting and automation experience — PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
