ABOUT THE ROLE
Duran Construction Inc. is looking for a General Manager to lead our Sales & Estimating division in Peachtree City, GA. This role owns the full lead-to-close pipeline: managing and coaching our Estimator-on-the-Go / Salesperson team, overseeing lead flow from Thumbtack, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, and using performance data to keep the division running efficiently. This is a great fit for someone with a few years of hands-on sales or estimating experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow with the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and coach the Estimator-on-the-Go / Salesperson team, setting individual and team sales targets.
- Own day-to-day lead flow across Thumbtack, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and referrals -ensure fast, organized follow-up and CRM discipline.
- Monitor the division's KPI dashboard (cost per lead, show rate, close rate, cost per acquisition, ROI) and recommend where to shift marketing budget for the best return.
- Review estimates for accuracy, consistency, and competitive pricing before they go to customers.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new estimators/salespeople as the division grows.
- Partner with ownership and the production/project management team for a smooth handoff of signed jobs.
- Handle division-level scheduling, staffing decisions, and performance reviews.
- Build relationships with key referral partners and repeat customers.
- Report regularly to ownership on division performance, sales pipeline, and marketing ROI.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-5 years of supervisory, team-lead, or high-performing individual-contributor experience in construction sales, estimating, or a related home-services field.
- Track record of hitting sales/estimating targets, with the leadership presence to coach others to do the same.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic KPI/reporting tools (spreadsheets, dashboards).
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple estimators/salespeople across a servicе area.
- Working knowledge of residential construction estimating and pricing.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites and meet with the team in the field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - relevant experience weighted heavily.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to division sales and KPI targets. (Base + Performance Bonus)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
