Entry Level Talent Acquisition Consultant Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level talent acquisition consultant job?
Employers at this level look for candidates who can demonstrate hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, or coordinating interviews, even from internships, campus recruiting involvement, or volunteer HR work. A working knowledge of applicant tracking systems gives you a concrete edge. Tailor your resume to show initiative and any measurable results, such as roles filled or time-to-fill improvements, however small.
Which companies hire entry level talent acquisition consultants?
Companies hiring entry level talent acquisition consultants right now include Robert Half, Staffmark, and AMASS, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Hiring at this level covers large enterprises building out structured TA functions and mid-size companies that need generalist recruiters who can grow with the team.
Are there remote entry level talent acquisition consultant jobs?
Yes, though availability varies by employer and industry. About 18% of entry level talent acquisition consultant openings are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, making this one of the more flexible fields for candidates who prefer not to relocate for a first role. On-site positions still dominate in industries that rely on high-volume, in-person hiring.
Are these new grad talent acquisition consultant jobs?
Yes, many of these listings are new grad roles that welcome recent graduates, junior candidates, and career changers with limited formal experience. A new grad-friendly posting typically states it accepts zero to two years of experience, considers internships or campus involvement, or explicitly invites candidates without prior full-cycle recruiting experience. A portfolio of sourcing projects or a completed HR certificate can strengthen a new grad application.
Which industries hire the most entry level talent acquisition consultants?
Entry Level talent acquisition consultant roles concentrate in Staffing & Recruiting, Healthcare & Medical Services, and Consulting & Professional Services, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. These sectors tend to run high hiring volumes year-round, which creates consistent demand for junior recruiters who can support sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination alongside more experienced team members.
