Job Title: Talent Aquisition Specialist- Microelectronics (Contract)
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruiting efforts for the Microelectronics Division, with a primary focus on technical, engineering, manufacturing, and contractor hiring. This contract position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, coordinating with staffing vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified talent to support business growth.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, and operational positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes.
- Coordinate staffing vendors and recruiting agencies, including requisition management, candidate submissions, interview scheduling, and hiring decisions.
- Support contractor workforce administration, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding activities.
- Conduct candidate screening and behavioral interviews to assess qualifications and organizational fit.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and vendor performance to support continuous improvement and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and related reporting tools.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure successful integration of new employees and contingent workers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of recruiting experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial organizations.
- Demonstrated experience managing staffing agencies, contingent labor programs, and contractor populations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms.
- Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
