JOB SUMMARY

This job leads the execution of talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational plans. It manages a professional team, driving recruitment process improvements and fostering external partnerships. The role contributes to functional strategy and influences business results through robust talent management.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing talent acquisition strategies that enhance business performance and deliver a return on investment
• Guiding the recruitment process from job requisition design to onboarding, ensuring quality hires and compliance
• Fulfilling departmental hiring needs with timely and cost-effective talent sourcing and acquisition
• Leading the development of talent sourcing strategies and overseeing their execution to support current and future staffing needs
• Establishing recruitment metrics, monitoring performance, and reporting on staffing outcomes to drive optimal hiring practices
• Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate and improve recruitment tools and processes continually
• Analyzing recruitment strategies and trends to enhance process efficiency, employee satisfaction, and retention
• Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners to augment talent recruitment efforts
• Providing leadership and supervision to the talent acquisition team, including setting departmental and individual performance goals
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
