ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a technically-minded, GTM-focused intern to join our Revenue Operations team. This isn’t a "coffee-run" internship; you will be at the forefront of our AI transformation. You will be responsible for helping our team scale our data architecture within Sigma Computing and assisting in the design and implementation of automated workflows using Gemini Enterprise. Your mission is to eliminate "swivel-chair" tasks for our sales team and turn our data into a competitive advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A GTM ENGINEERING INTERN
- Data Modeling in Sigma: Build and optimize high-performance datasets and workbooks to provide real-time visibility into the sales funnel.
- AI Agent Orchestration: Design, prompt, and deploy Gemini-powered agents to automate repetitive GTM tasks (e.g., lead research, meeting prep, and CRM data entry).
- Workflow Automation: Use Python, SQL, or no-code integration tools to connect our tech stack, ensuring AI outputs flow seamlessly into Salesforce and Slack.
- Internal Consulting: Shadow sales reps to identify manual bottlenecks and "engineer" automated solutions to solve them.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor the accuracy of AI-generated outputs and refine prompts/data inputs to ensure high-quality results for the field.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- An understanding of writing SQL queries to join disparate data sources into clean and performant datasets within cloud data warehouses like Sigma.
- Experience with prompt engineering and leveraging LLM architectures to build functional AI agents that solve specific business problems.
- Exposure to using Python or middleware platforms such as Zapier to architect automated workflows and move data seamlessly between various GTM applications.
- Business acumen and a genuine interest in understanding how a company actually makes money and how the sales lifecycle drives growth.
- Evidence of having built something functional—whether it’s a custom GPT, a web-scrapper for competitive intel, or a complex automated dashboard.
- Must be available to work with Crunchtime from June 1 to August 14, 2026.
- Agree to work between 20 to 40 hours per week. No overtime will be allowed.
- Must be based in Atlanta.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Currently studying (or a recent grad) of a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, Bootcamp, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise or Vertex AI to architect intelligent agents that can automate complex task reasoning and natural language processing.
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC or BANT allows you to effectively program AI to "listen" for and extract specific deal signals from meeting transcripts.
- Interest in navigating and extracting data from a modern GTM tech stack including tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Chili Piper.
- Previous experience translating high-level sales requirements into technical workflows that improve the efficiency of account executives and sales engineers.
- You’re a rising Junior, Senior, or recent grad in a related area of study.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
- Professional Development: Access to mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals within Crunchtime to support their growth and development.
- Hands-on Experience: Opportunities to work on real projects and contribute to meaningful initiatives, gaining practical experience in their field of interest.
- Compensation: Interns will be compensated for their participation during the Internship program.
- Lunch at the Office: Access to free lunch when provided at the office during lunchtime.
- Provided Equipment: Interns will be provided with a laptop and any other required equipment to perform their work activities.
- Networking Opportunities: Exposure to a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering connections with colleagues and industry professionals.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Regular feedback sessions and performance evaluations to provide guidance and support in their learning journey.
- Potential for Future Opportunities: Possibility of future employment. Note: It depends on the business’s needs.
