What You’ll Do
- Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service, operations, fleet logistics, and administration.
- Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and applying effective sales techniques.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by helping customers through the rental process and resolving questions or concerns professionally.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory, vehicle preparation, lot organization, documentation, and compliance tasks.
- Partner with branch leadership to understand scheduling, team communication, performance coaching, and business metrics. Build the skills needed to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other professional experience preferred
- Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and time management skills
- A self-motivated, adaptable approach with an interest in learning the business and growing into leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
