Strategy Intern Jobs in Georgia: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a strategy intern in Georgia?
Most strategy intern roles in Georgia require current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business, economics, finance, or a related field at an accredited institution. There is no state-issued license for this role. Georgia employers typically recruit through university recruiting pipelines, particularly at Georgia Tech, the University of Georgia, and Emory's Goizueta Business School, so connecting with career centers and participating in case competitions strengthens your candidacy significantly.
Which companies hire strategy interns in Georgia?
Georgia strategy intern roles are posted by UPS, Invesco, and BMW and others right now, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Georgia's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters and large healthcare and logistics firms creates consistent intern demand across both corporate strategy and consulting-aligned teams.
Which Georgia cities have the most strategy intern jobs?
Atlanta, Augusta, and Richmond Hill account for the largest share of strategy intern openings in Georgia. Atlanta drives the majority of postings given its density of corporate headquarters, financial institutions, and consulting offices, while Alpharetta and Savannah attract interns through technology company campuses and growing port-logistics operations that require supply chain and growth strategy support.
Are there remote strategy intern jobs in Georgia?
Yes, and they are more common than in many other intern roles. About 100% of strategy intern openings tied to Georgia are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based, analytical nature of most strategy work. Project management, competitive research, and financial modeling tasks are the functions most frequently performed fully remotely.
How can I get hired as a strategy intern in Georgia with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is applying to structured summer internship programs at Georgia-headquartered companies like Cox Enterprises, Genuine Parts Company, or Anthem, which maintain formal new-student cohorts that prioritize development over prior experience. Volunteering for business case competitions through Georgia Tech or UGA and building a short analytical portfolio using publicly available data can substitute for professional history, and framing adjacent roles in research or finance as strategy-adjacent strengthens your application considerably.
Where can I find and apply to strategy intern jobs in Georgia?
You can find and apply to strategy intern jobs in Georgia on Migrate Mate, which lists current Georgia openings updated regularly. Search the available roles, identify the ones that match your program timeline and interests, and apply directly to the employers posting them.
