- Lead the creation of technical proposals for government contracts, including statements of work, technical approaches, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation.

- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to gather technical inputs, validate assumptions, and align proposal content with company capabilities.
- Visit customer sites to understand requirements, support technical discussions, and strengthen ongoing relationships.
- Represent Emelody Worldwide at conferences and industry events where appropriate to support business development and customer engagement.
- Track proposal status, customer feedback, and follow-up actions through award or closeout.
- Manage and coordinate a technical team as needed to produce high-quality proposal and quoting deliverables on deadline.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent engineering degree) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing a technical team within an engineering field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to customers and evaluators.
- Experience preparing technical proposals, responses to RFPs/RFQs, or similar customer-facing technical documents preferred.
- Comfortable working with customers on site and representing the company in professional settings, including conferences when appropriate.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and quotes under deadline pressure.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and events as needed.
