Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Development specializing in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce applications to meet organizational needs and enhance user experience.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing.
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Participate in system integration and data migration activities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the Salesforce Development team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Salesforce applications using LWC and Apex.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop custom Lightning components and Apex classes/triggers to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and timely delivery of features.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Compensation
- Compensation range: $98,015 to $146,600.00 per year
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
