- Oversee Certification & Accreditation, audit, and compliance programs using DISA STIGs, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), STIG Viewer, HBSS, and ACAS tools.
- Mentor and develop engineering and IT teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Develop and implement strategies supporting the growth of automation hardware and software infrastructure.
- Support classified, mission‑critical operational environments across DoD test activities.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Recognized industry leader with a proven track record in system administration, cybersecurity, and information assurance.
- Extensive experience supporting classified, mission-critical environments within the DoD or equivalent organizations.
- High-level technical expertise in Windows, RHEL, networking, scripting, and enterprise system administration.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of DISA STIGs, SCC, STIG Viewer, Host-Based Security System (HBSS), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
- Extensive experience in classified, mission‑critical DoD or equivalent environments.
