- Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile
- Experience with handling onshore/offshore model
Team Specific Responsibilities
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Strong in code review and problem-solving skills

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, etc.

Technical Skills Experience
- Strong experience in .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Razor, LINQ, etc. (Net Core 3.1 or Higher)
- Strong experience in frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JScript, JavaScript frameworks, jQuery
- Experience in cloud technology like AWS, Azure, or PCF preferred
- Experience in NodeJS, React JS preferred
Architecture Design Leadership Skills Experience
- Experience in design patterns like MVC, Singleton, Observable, Decorator, Factory
- Good understanding of Architecture of Apps, normal SDLC, or Food chain process of package movements
- Problem Solver and Solution provider
- Ability to create technical/design artifacts to demonstrate technical flows, specifications, and interfaces of the system
- Facilitates and/or participates in requirement hardening, design, and development process with Product Management team along with Business and Technical Demos
Communication Behavioural Skills
- Should be good in communication skills and have handled a minimum of 8-10 member team
- Preferably working with client/architect closely and drive technical discussions and decision sessions
Other skills
- Exposure to tools like Rider, ReSharper, Fiddler, Postman
- Experience in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, etc.
- Experience with TDD methodologies
Academic Educational Requirements
- Any Bachelor's/Master's degree
Certifications Requirements if any
- Microsoft Certifications good to have
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certification

Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
