Job description:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Analysis, or IT Program Management, with a focus on Quote to Cash, Order to Cash, or Finance transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) for quoting, opportunity, and order management processes.
- Strong hands-on functional experience with SAP ERP, particularly SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP FI/CO (Finance & Controlling) modules.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading M&A integration, carve-out, or platform consolidation projects.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash processes: pricing/CPQ, contract management, order booking, billing/invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and cash application.
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15), tax, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience with data migration and system cutover planning, especially for customer, product, pricing, and financial master data.
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Aha!, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Sales, Finance, IT, and executive leadership.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery models typical of large enterprise integration programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA a plus).
