Are you passionate about technology and helping others succeed? We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide reliable, responsive support for our growing technology environment. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to support requests, install and configure technology equipment, and help ensure our employees have the tools they need to serve our customers effectively.
You’ll also support the Bank’s evolving technology needs by learning and applying solutions involving business applications, system integrations, APIs, cloud services, and other emerging technologies. Working closely with teammates and vendors, you’ll help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, security, and the overall user experience.
- Provide timely technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365 and other business-critical applications.
- Assist with system integrations, APIs, automation, and technology projects.
- Document support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with employees and vendors to resolve issues and improve technology solutions.
- Promote technology security and compliance with Bank policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and end-user support.
- Knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, system integrations, or APIs is preferred.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to teamwork.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of IT support, help desk, or related technical experience preferred.
- Banking or financial services technology experience is a plus.

Full-time hours. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Occasional weekend hours.
