Job Description

Our financial professionals help clients develop a long term financial strategy to achieve their financial goals using a comprehensive array of financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.
In the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll start as a financial professional to gain hands on experience. Once you have met the program requirements, you’ll be able to transition into management as an Associate Partner. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.

No. The TN visa is limited to occupations listed in Annex 1603.D.1 of the USMCA, and barista is not among them. To work in the U.S. under TN status, your role must match a listed category such as Scientist, Engineer, or Accountant, and your duties and credentials must support that classification.
How does the TN visa compare to H-1B for barista or hospitality roles?
Neither visa is a clean fit for a standard barista role. The H-1B requires a specialty occupation tied to a bachelor's degree and enters an annual lottery with limited slots. The TN has no lottery for Canadians but restricts eligible occupations to the USMCA list.
