What You’ll Be Doing
Responsible for leading the failure analysis resources and processes for centrifugal magnetic bearing compressors, supporting the company's 8D and warranty procedures; oversees all regional investigation centers, ensuring the effective use of tools, fixtures, and equipment to determine root causes of failures; maintains a state-of-the-art database for failure categorization and trend analysis, while partnering with the reliability function to develop monthly quality and reliability dashboards; drives continuous process improvements and ensures a positive customer experience by delivering timely, quality support both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or HVAC) or Civil and Environmental Engineering Technology
- 3 years experience in manufacturing, aftermarket sales, service/repair center management
- 3 years experience in aftermarket industry and service programs
- 3 years experience managing/implementing site wide PLC control standardization within a factory environment
- 1 year experience in an Industrial/Manufacturing operations role with supervisory responsibility
Hours: 40 hours per week
