You'll own the creation and management of technical content that supports manuals, spare parts instructions, customer bulletins, and digital resources. By partnering closely with engineers, developers, and subject-matter experts, you'll ensure technical information is accurate, consistent, and easy to find.
Success in this role means building a trusted, scalable documentation ecosystem that improves information accessibility, strengthens customer support, and enables future AI-driven knowledge and content solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and maintain technical manuals, spare parts instructions, customer bulletins, and related documentation that helps customers and internal teams effectively use and support Turbocor products.
- Translate complex engineering and technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content that improves understanding, usability, and adoption.
- Partner with engineers, developers, and subject-matter experts to gather, validate, and organize technical information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all documentation.
- Manage documentation projects, schedules, translation activities, and delivery milestones to ensure high-quality content is published on time.
- Develop graphics, technical illustrations, schematics, and digital assets that enhance documentation effectiveness and strengthen the customer experience across documentation and e-commerce channels.
- Maintain the Turbocor website, customer bulletin database, and related document repositories to ensure users have access to current and reliable information.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve content creation, searchability, accessibility, and long-term usability while reducing manual effort through process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Typically 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation, including operating procedures, technical manuals, product documentation, or similar content.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a range of audiences and collaborate effectively with engineers and technical subject-matter experts.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Suite tools to develop professional technical content and visual assets.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience with MadCap Flare or similar technical authoring platforms.
- Experience maintaining websites and working with HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with Siemens NX CAD software.
