ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for laboratory computers and lab equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D environments.
- Act as System Administrator for lab computers and associated equipment, ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Deliver desktop and operating system support, including Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Perform deployment and onboarding of non-GxP computer systems in alignment with site standards.
- Coordinate with laboratory application and instrument vendors, including scheduling, site access, and escorting vendors on-site.
- Collaborate with multiple IT teams to ensure seamless support for laboratory systems and applications.
- Provide Level 1.5 support for laboratory instrument applications and related systems.
- Develop and maintain service review and status reports, presenting updates and metrics to customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and service delivery, adhering to defined SLAs and support processes.
