About us
Solar Landscape is the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S. Only 4% of commercial rooftops host solar today — we’re changing that, fast. Commercial rooftop solar is the fastest, smartest way to build new clean power — delivering megawatts of generation in months, not years, and powering America’s energy and future right where it’s needed most. By turning rooftops into local power plants, we’re reshaping how — and how fast — energy gets built in the U.S. Recognized as the #1 Distributed Generation Developer by New Project Media, the #1 National Commercial Rooftop Solar Developer by Solar Power World, and winner of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grand Prize for Clean Energy, Solar Landscape is defining the future of energy generation in America. Headquartered in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Solar Landscape has offices in Chicago, Baltimore, and New York City and operates in over a dozen states nationwide. We move fast, solve hard problems, and take our work seriously — but never ourselves. We value clear thinking, accountability, and execution. At the same time, we’re collaborative by default, and believe the best work happens when people enjoy working together. Our team is made up of smart, grounded people who show up for each other — whether that’s troubleshooting a system design or catching up over lunch. If you’re looking to do meaningful work in a high-performance environment — and be part of the team reshaping how energy gets built in the U.S. — we’d love to meet you.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding TN Visa Sponsorship as a Project Management Analyst
Frame your credentials around management consulting
TN visa approval for Project Management Analysts hinges on satisfying the Management Consultant category. Your resume and degree documentation must show analytical, advisory work, not just administrative project coordination. A business, engineering, or related bachelor's degree strengthens your case.
Request a support letter before signing
Your employer must provide a TN support letter describing your role as consulting-style work. Get a draft before you accept the offer. Vague letters citing only project tracking duties have triggered CBP denials at the Canadian border.
Target companies with established cross-border hiring
Firms that regularly hire across the U.S.-Canada or U.S.-Mexico border already understand TN documentation. Focus on large consulting firms, multinationals, and technology companies with Canadian or Mexican offices, where HR teams have processed TN petitions before.
Search TN-sponsored roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Project Management Analyst roles by employers actively offering TN visa sponsorship. Applying through a platform built for this narrows your list to companies already prepared to file the petition on your behalf.
Understand the Canadian border entry advantage
Canadian citizens can activate TN status directly at a U.S. port of entry with your employer's support letter and your credentials. You don't need to wait for a visa stamp. Bring originals of your degree, the offer letter, and the support letter every time you cross.
Prepare for USCIS filing if you're Mexican
Mexican nationals cannot use the Canadian border procedure and must file a TN petition with USCIS before entering. Processing under the annual allocation means planning your start date around government timelines, not just your employer's preferred onboarding schedule.

Find Project Management Analyst JobsProject Management Analyst TN Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Project Management Analyst role qualify for TN visa sponsorship?
Yes, but the role must genuinely align with the Management Consultant category under USMCA. CBP officers evaluate whether the work involves analysis and advisory functions rather than routine administrative coordination. Job titles alone don't control eligibility. Your employer's support letter and your actual duties description carry the most weight in the determination.
How does TN compare to H-1B for Project Management Analyst positions?
TN has no annual lottery and no cap for Canadian citizens, so you can start as soon as an employer files the petition, often within weeks of a job offer. H-1B selection is randomized and limited to 85,000 slots per fiscal year, with a start date no earlier than October 1. For Canadians in project management roles, TN is a faster and more predictable path.
Where can I find Project Management Analyst jobs that offer TN visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically to connect Canadian and Mexican professionals with employers offering TN visa sponsorship. Searching there filters out postings from employers unfamiliar with the TN process, so you spend your time on roles where the company is already prepared to file the petition.
What documents does my employer need to file my TN petition?
Your employer prepares a signed support letter describing your role, your duties, and why the position qualifies under the Management Consultant category. You provide original degree transcripts or credential evaluations and a valid Canadian or Mexican passport. Canadian citizens present these documents directly to CBP at the port of entry. Mexican nationals submit through USCIS.
Can I switch Project Management Analyst employers while on TN status?
Yes, but TN status is employer-specific. You cannot start working for a new company until the new TN petition is approved or, for Canadian citizens, until you've crossed the border with updated documentation from your new employer. Gaps between employers are not covered by your previous TN status, so coordinate the timing carefully.
