St. Cloud Hospital has multiple openings for Registered Nurses in Mental/Behavioral Health!
Performs responsibilities exercising initiative, judgment and independent decision making within the scope of the MN State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies/procedures. Supervision is provided by the Core Charge Nurse. Director Outpatient Behavioral Health Nursing is available to assist in problem solving.
Extensive contact with patient/significant others, employees, physicians, and public requiring diplomacy, professionalism and intervention in a proactive manner. Maintains confidentiality of all communications related to patients, families and employees.
Qualifications
Nursing degree required. Bachelor's or master's preferred.
