Should have worked with at least one of the following with 2–3+ years hands on experience in leading SPM platforms, as functional owner / product owner such as:
- SAP Incentive Management (SAP Commissions), earlier called CallidusCloud
- Xactly
- Varicent
- Performio
- Everstage
- CaptivateIQ
Responsibilities
- Support and or Lead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP Commissions solutions for rebates and incentive compensation programs
- Translate complex business compensation plans into scalable SAP Commissions models
- Support Design and manage rebate programs (volume-based, tiered, growth, special rebates)
- Ensure accurate calculation, validation, and payout processing
- Lead integration design with SAP S/4HANA / ECC, SAP SD, FI, CRM, and non-SAP source systems
- Support data ingestion, ETL, and reconciliation between source systems and SAP Commissions
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Strong problem solving, Leadership, Design thinking and Articulation skills.
Base Salary Range
- $120,000 - $140,000 per annum
