As a Consultant in our FTEP program, you’ll lead/participate in critical finance and accounting initiatives for a variety of top-tier clients:
- Own monthly/quarterly/annual close processes, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analytics that help organizations make smarter decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across the business.
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows for more efficient operations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to finance teams, helping them level up.
- Support ERP project selection, implementation, integration, and user adoption.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives like M&A, integrations, divestitures, and transformation work.
- Partner closely with executive teams to influence business strategy and performance.
