Echo Technologist Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of imaging experience post-graduation
- Current ARDMS RDCS or CCI certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
- Comfort level with
- Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications
Responsibilities
- Perform standard Echo imaging procedures in a Veteran's Clinic
- Lead with empathy: Communicate compassionately & professionally with patients
- Sparkle: Bring a smile to work every day
- Shine: Maintain equipment and area cleanliness
- Contribute to our collective success: Communicate professionally & effectively with hospital staff & colleagues
- Proficiency with necessary technical equipment in diagnostic modality
- Additional tasks as needed
