- Tag plants for customers.
- Make phone sales calls and send out sales emails.
- Take and maintain inventory information.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to enter data in: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Customer information, Vendor information.
- Communication with customers and employees via email and phone.
- Maintain customer information and communicate with customers.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Organizing and filing documents/records.
- Complying with all company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
Key Competencies:
- Experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Superior customer service orientation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Able to work well with others
- Must be reliable, dependable and have an excellent attendance history.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years' experience required
