This role is best suited for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting who are comfortable handling AP/AR, payroll support, and financial recordkeeping across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience managing or working with multiple sets of books/entities preferred
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
- Experience with payroll processing
- Experience in construction or project-based accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
