ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a WFM Lead Implementation Project Manager, you would be responsible for successfully Project Managing Migration Projects of clients moving time & labor data from a current legacy E-time system into ADP Workforce Manager Product.

This is a client facing role, you will connect with clients directly and project team, manage conversations, oversee data collation for the migrations of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
• Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets
• Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization
• Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
• Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project
• Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
• Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
• Direct project timeliness and budgets
• Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
• Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
• Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
• Work on projects of high complexity

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience working in a Project Management role in implementation, client service, or customer service environment
• Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent Risk Management Skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

• Experience noted above, OR
