ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for a part-time IT Support Technician for our Ironwood High School campus located in Queen Creek, AZ. An IT Support Technician will provide on-site support for Chromebooks and repair at our schools. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, an IVP fingerprint clearance card from the Department of Public Safety.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in answering, evaluating and prioritizing requests for assistance from staff experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other IT related issues.
- Assist in installing computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Repair of computers, software, and other equipment with guidance from senior team member.
- Maintain records of work in progress and completed jobs.
- Assist in miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds in support of hardware installations.
- Other duties as assigned.
