We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide deskside and remote technical support for Windows and Apple devices. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, device deployment, and IT asset management.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside and remote support for Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail, Google Chat, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Perform device imaging, configuration, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Support new-hire onboarding, account setup, and device provisioning.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, hardware assignments, asset tagging, and weekly reports.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and replacements with vendors.
- Follow IT security policies and SLAs; participate in rotational on-call support, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or IT service desk.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and device imaging/deployment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, ServiceNow, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- CompTIA A+, MCP, or ITIL Foundation certifications preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work rotational on-call shifts as required.
