Which companies sponsor visas for partnerships associates in Arizona?
Technology and SaaS companies based in the Phoenix metro are the most consistent sponsors for partnerships associate roles in Arizona. Companies such as GoDaddy, Axon, Carvana, and Verra Mobility have filed H-1B petitions for business development and partnerships functions. Larger enterprise software firms with Arizona offices, including those in Scottsdale's tech corridor, also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for similar roles.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships associate roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for partnerships associates in Arizona, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications. Candidates from Australia may pursue the E-3 visa, while Canadian and Mexican nationals can explore TN status under the USMCA if the role and degree align with an eligible TN profession category.
Which cities in Arizona have the most partnerships associate sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and Scottsdale account for the large majority of partnerships associate sponsorship opportunities in Arizona. Scottsdale in particular hosts a dense cluster of technology startups and mid-stage SaaS companies. Tempe, home to Arizona State University and several corporate campuses, also generates consistent demand. Chandler and Mesa have growing employer bases in fintech and logistics that occasionally hire for partnerships functions.
How to find partnerships associate visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically to roles where employers have a demonstrated history of visa sponsorship, making it more efficient than searching general job boards for partnerships associate positions in Arizona. You can filter by state and role type to surface relevant openings in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Migrate Mate also provides context on sponsorship patterns by employer, which is useful when prioritizing where to apply.
Are there any state-specific considerations for partnerships associates seeking sponsorship in Arizona?
Arizona does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal obligations, but employers must comply with Department of Labor prevailing wage rules when filing a Labor Condition Application for H-1B workers. Phoenix's status as a growing technology and financial services hub means partnerships associate roles here often sit within structured business development teams, which can strengthen the specialty occupation argument needed for H-1B qualification. Arizona State University and University of Arizona also supply a consistent international graduate pipeline into these roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships associate jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
