We are a commercial real estate company that manages, develops and invests in industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and industrial real estate. We have developed over 20 million square feet of projects with a value of more than $1.2 billion across the Southwest. JOB DETAILS
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
- 3-4+ years of Project Accounting background (ideally within real estate but not required)
- Good understanding of Construction projects (Loan Draws, Job costing, tracking projects, AP/AR, tracking preliminary notices, etc.)
- Yardi software experience is highly sought after (but not required)
- Having exposure to commercial properties is a big plus but not required
