- Coordinate shift schedules, manage customer complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a high-performing team environment

- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting

- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, inventory calculations, and profit/loss analysis
- Experience in managing hospitality teams within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
