Which companies sponsor visas for sales operations roles in Arizona?
Arizona employers with documented H-1B sponsorship for sales operations and adjacent roles include GoDaddy, Axon, Verizon, Intel, and Honeywell. Financial services firms in the Scottsdale corridor, including Charles Schwab, also maintain sales operations functions and have filed Labor Condition Applications in this category. Larger enterprises with established HR infrastructure are generally more likely to sponsor than smaller regional firms.
Which visa types are most common for sales operations jobs in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales operations roles in Arizona, particularly for positions requiring data analysis, CRM management, or revenue operations expertise tied to a relevant bachelor's degree. TN status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying analytical roles. Candidates already holding OPT or STEM OPT authorization are often an easier path for Arizona employers newer to sponsorship.
Which cities in Arizona have the most sales operations sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix and its surrounding metro cities account for the large majority of sales operations sponsorship activity in Arizona. Scottsdale hosts numerous technology and financial services headquarters with dedicated revenue operations teams. Tempe, home to several fintech and SaaS companies, and Chandler, which has a significant semiconductor and enterprise technology presence, also generate meaningful sponsorship activity in this function.
How to find sales operations visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to search for sales operations roles in Arizona without sifting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can narrow results by city, role type, and visa category. Given that sales operations sponsorship is concentrated among mid-to-large technology and financial services employers, focusing your search on those sectors in the Phoenix metro yields the most relevant results.
Are there state-specific considerations for sales operations visa sponsorship in Arizona?
Arizona does not have state-level visa sponsorship programs, so all sponsorship flows through federal pathways like the H-1B. One relevant factor is Arizona's growing university pipeline: graduates from Arizona State University's business and analytics programs frequently enter sales operations roles, meaning local employers are accustomed to hiring internationally educated candidates. Prevailing wage requirements apply statewide and are determined by the Department of Labor based on the specific job location and duties.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
