Which companies sponsor visas for sales operations roles in Indiana?
Indianapolis-based employers with documented H-1B sponsorship for sales and operations roles include Eli Lilly, Salesforce (regional offices), Cummins, and Anthem (now Elevance Health). Larger technology and healthcare companies tend to have dedicated immigration support infrastructure, making them more consistent sponsors than smaller regional firms. Checking Department of Labor LCA disclosure data can help confirm which employers have filed for operations-related roles.
Which visa types are most common for sales operations roles in Indiana?
The H-1B is the most common visa for sales operations positions in Indiana, particularly for roles emphasizing CRM systems, data analytics, or revenue forecasting, which typically require a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. Candidates from Australia may qualify for the E-3 visa. Those with Canadian or Mexican citizenship can explore the TN visa under the USMCA for qualifying management or analyst classifications.
Which cities in Indiana have the most sales operations sponsorship jobs?
Indianapolis accounts for the majority of sales operations sponsorship opportunities in Indiana, driven by its concentration of corporate headquarters in healthcare, technology, and financial services. Carmel and Fishers, as Indianapolis suburbs with growing business parks, also host mid-sized companies with sales operations teams. Fort Wayne has a smaller but active manufacturing-sector presence where operations roles occasionally appear, particularly at industrial and distribution companies.
How to find sales operations visa sponsorship jobs in Indiana?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse sales operations roles in Indiana without manually screening hundreds of postings. The platform aggregates positions from companies with active sponsorship histories, covering roles in CRM administration, revenue operations, and sales enablement across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Filtering by state and role type on Migrate Mate narrows results to what's actually relevant to your visa situation.
Are there state-specific considerations for sales operations visa sponsorship in Indiana?
Indiana does not have state-level visa sponsorship programs, so all sponsorship occurs through federal H-1B, E-3, or TN pathways. For sales operations roles, employers must file a Labor Condition Application confirming the offered wage meets the prevailing wage for the specific metropolitan statistical area, which in Indiana typically means the Indianapolis-Carmel-Anderson MSA for most positions. Indiana's lower cost of living relative to coastal markets can affect prevailing wage benchmarks for these roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored sales operations jobs in Indiana?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
