About the role
Insight’s Google Solution Line Change Management team is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior OCM Consultant to serve as our AI Change Strategist. This specialized hybrid role bridges the gap between core Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery and advanced AI strategy for our most strategic global clients, including Fortune 25 and Fortune 100 companies, acting as both a strategic advisor and an AI subject matter expert. The AI Change Strategist is not merely managing the "people side" of technology change, but is a key architect of the change itself, driving both the strategy and its execution. This role will translate rapid AI implementations into practical "ways of working" for all levels of business. This position is vital to ensuring Insight remains the leading partner in the Google Workspace AI sector by driving high-stakes delivery, developing new service offerings, and leading R&D efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Lead AI Strategy & Strategic Transformation: Serve as a SME and lead for dedicated AI workstreams and comprehensive "Work Transformation" projects. This includes leading complex organizations through both large-scale AI implementations and structural process reengineering/operating model shifts for strategic global clients.
- Architect Service Offerings: Design and architect specialized Gemini and Gemini Enterprise service offerings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive Presales & GTM: Lead the AI-specific components of high-stakes presales presentations and develop robust demo environments to showcase the value of Connectors and Agents to customers.
- Develop Methodologies: Create and document delivery methodologies to train the broader OCM team on AI integration and Change Strategy.
- Innovation and R&D: Lead continuous AI Research & Development to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge in the rapidly changing generative AI environment.
- Strategic Transformation: Lead complex organizations through comprehensive "Work Transformation" and process reengineering projects, using AI as the primary tool.
- Practice Growth: Maintain a 60% billable utilization target while driving recognized revenue and sales in the AI space, a key metric for the Insight-Google partnership.
- Travel: up to 30%, as-required, for both customer-facing and internal needs.
- Establish AI Adoption Governance: Design and implement governance models that support AI "ways of working," ensuring that process changes are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Tailored Delivery Support: Develop personalized coaching and support frameworks (e.g., AI champions programs, feedback loops) to guide employees through the transition from legacy processes to AI-augmented workflows.
- Impact Measurement Frameworks: Define KPIs specifically for AI-driven transformation, such as time-savings, process efficiency, or quality of output, to provide data-driven support for ongoing delivery efforts.
Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
What we're looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information or Computer Science, or similar. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Preferred: MBA in Strategic Management, Business Transformation, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business and Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within a technology consulting environment, specifically focusing on transforming processes, developing AI use cases across business stakeholders. Business transformation and Six Sigma experience are a plus.
- AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with direct expertise in Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms.
- Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to architect service offerings and lead workstreams for complex, high-stakes projects.
- Strategic Communication & Enterprise Mindset: Proven track record of operating within an enterprise mindset to solve large-scale organizational challenges. Must possess exceptional executive presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and navigate the complexities of strategic global client environments.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to lead high-stakes presales presentations and translate complex AI technicalities into accessible business strategies, including executive stakeholder presentations and engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Workspace and a deep understanding of AI implementation into organizational workflows. Instructional design or training delivery experience are a plus.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
- Analytical Rigor & Data Literacy: Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with a "deep dive" mindset toward data. You must be comfortable navigating datasets, building reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio), and utilizing data to drive decision-making and measure the success of change initiatives.
- Delivery Experience: Proven track record of managing end-to-end transformation lifecycles—from assessment and strategy to pilot implementation, feedback collection, and scaling support. Consulting experience desired.
- Change Support & Enablement: Demonstrated ability to create enablement materials (e.g., playbooks, training modules, or automated support bots) that help end-users adopt new technologies in a live work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with IT/Engineering teams to ensure the "delivery support" (the tools and processes) effectively bridges technical AI capabilities with user needs.

Search Transportation Jobs in ArizonaTransportation TN Sponsorship Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
Which transportation companies in Arizona sponsor TN visas?
Arizona-based operations for Swift Transportation, Werner Enterprises, and Amazon Logistics have historically filed for TN visa workers in logistics and engineering roles. Freight and intermodal operators along the I-10 corridor, as well as regional carriers serving Phoenix Sky Harbor and the Port of Tucson, are among the employer types most likely to support TN sponsorship for qualified Canadian and Mexican nationals.
Which cities in Arizona have the most transportation TN sponsorship jobs?
Phoenix accounts for the largest share of transportation TN opportunities in Arizona, given its role as a major freight distribution hub and its concentration of logistics companies near Sky Harbor International Airport. Tucson is the second most active market, particularly for cross-border freight roles tied to Mexico trade routes. Flagstaff and Mesa also see demand from regional carriers and supply chain operations.
What types of transportation roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN visa eligibility in transportation generally covers roles that meet the specialty occupation standard for the category, such as Industrial Engineer, Management Consultant, or Computer Systems Analyst working within logistics or supply chain operations. Civil engineers working on transportation infrastructure and urban planners focused on transit systems are also common qualifying profiles. Roles requiring only a commercial license without a relevant degree typically do not qualify.
How do I find transportation TN sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters for employers that sponsor TN visas, including transportation and logistics roles in Arizona. Rather than sorting through postings that don't address visa sponsorship, Migrate Mate surfaces relevant openings from companies with a documented history of TN support, letting you focus your search on employers in Phoenix, Tucson, and other Arizona markets where your qualifications align.
Are there state-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in Arizona's transportation industry?
Arizona's proximity to the Mexico border makes it a significant corridor for cross-border freight, which can create demand for bilingual professionals and logistics specialists familiar with customs and trade compliance. However, TN sponsorship eligibility is determined by federal USCIS and CBP standards, not state law. Arizona employers in transportation still need to document that the role meets TN occupational requirements and that the candidate holds qualifying credentials from Canada or Mexico.
