<ul>
<li>Provide daily coaching and guidance to the warehouse team, ensuring every member has the tools and instructions to succeed.</li>
<li>Coordinate door availability for drivers and manage the equitable distribution of workloads to hit our productivity goals.</li>
<li>Act as the primary point of contact for Procurement and Finance, handling essential data entry for inventory and produce invoices.</li>
<li>Enforce and follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.</li>
<li>identify opportunities to better the business, reporting on equipment needs and collaborating across departments like Quality and Production.</li>

<ul>
<li>Experience in fostering team cooperation and maintaining momentum to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets with strong data entry skills.</li>
<li>Ability to express ideas clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>High School diploma/GED, age 18+, and able to obtain certification for power material handling equipment.</li>
