Smaller firms tied to the Northwest Arkansas startup ecosystem occasionally sponsor international candidates for senior business development positions.
Which visa types are most common for business development leader roles in Arkansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for business development leaders in Arkansas, as these roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field, qualifying them as specialty occupations.
