- Partner with RMS platform teams, content teams, and client stakeholders to execute required updates.
- Support promotional uploads, assortment changes, and retail event readiness.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in Walmart commerce operations, catalog management, or digital shelf management

Preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise CPG brands at Walmart

Which companies in Arkansas sponsor visas for business operations associates?
Walmart and its global supplier network in Bentonville are among the most active H-1B sponsors in Arkansas, frequently hiring business operations associates for supply chain, vendor management, and analytics functions. Tyson Foods in Springdale and Dillard's in Little Rock also have sponsorship histories. Larger corporations with international operations are generally more structured for visa sponsorship than smaller regional firms.
Which visa types are most common for business operations associate roles in Arkansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for business operations associates in Arkansas, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, operations management, or a related discipline. Some candidates already holding F-1 OPT or STEM OPT status transition into H-1B sponsorship through employers in the Bentonville or Little Rock corridors. TN status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or business analyst roles.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most business operations associate sponsorship jobs?
Northwest Arkansas, particularly Bentonville and Fayetteville, has the highest concentration of sponsorship-eligible business operations roles in the state, driven by Walmart's global headquarters and its dense ecosystem of supplier and technology companies. Little Rock, as the state capital, offers opportunities in healthcare administration, government contracting, and financial services. Rogers and Springdale round out the Northwest Arkansas corridor with logistics and food industry employers.
How to find business operations associate visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to search for business operations associate roles in Arkansas without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. Focusing your search on the Bentonville and Little Rock metro areas on Migrate Mate will surface the employers most active in sponsoring international candidates for operations and business support roles in the state.
Are there any state-specific considerations for business operations associates seeking sponsorship in Arkansas?
Arkansas employers sponsoring H-1B workers must comply with Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements, which are benchmarked to the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers and Little Rock metro area wage surveys rather than national averages. Northwest Arkansas has become a notable hub for operations talent due to Walmart's supply chain footprint, which has attracted University of Arkansas graduates into corporate pipelines. Candidates with degrees from the Sam M. Walton College of Business often find direct recruiting pathways into sponsored roles with Walmart and its supplier network.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business operations associate jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
