SUMMARY:
The Long Term Care (LTC) Consultant for Parkway Village (PWV) Health Care is a high-impact, results-oriented position responsible for driving health care occupancy through the strategic management of the referral and sales pipeline. This role serves as the primary bridge between referral sources, prospective residents and their families, and the clinical team; owning the process from initial lead generation to final conversion. Key responsibilities also include maintaining meticulous data integrity within the lead-tracking system, ensuring the community's readiness and welcoming atmosphere, implementing sales plans, and contributing creative ideas to the marketing strategy. The LTC Consultant will actively participate in community outreach, build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families, and cultivate potential and new referral sources to ensure a steady flow of new leads.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of successful sales/marketing experience is required.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree is preferred.
- Experience working with elderly population is preferred.
- Related senior housing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of LTC regulations.
- Ability to create strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to educate and provide information to seniors as well as those who advise seniors on health and alternative living options.
- Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, public speaking, enthusiasm and effective interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including lead management systems, Excel, Word, Internet and Power Point.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
