About us
Recruitics Talent Intelligence and Acquisition Platform unites data, AI, and automation that make modern hiring possible — helping Enterprise organizations predict what’s coming next, attract the right talent, and convert talent anywhere.
We’re big believers in teamwork, curiosity, and doing work that actually makes an impact. If you love solving problems, thinking creatively, and helping companies build amazing teams, you’re going to love it here.
Overview
This is a senior individual-contributor role for an experienced, quota-carrying seller. You will use a consultative, multi-threaded approach to establish long-term, profitable relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive buyers. You bring a working understanding of recruitment media management, but your core strength is selling software — ideally SaaS into the HR and talent acquisition ecosystem — and translating a platform’s capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle platform sales. Manage the entire cycle — from prospecting and first call through discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close — operating independently for a defined vertical or territory.
- Solution selling, not point selling. Position the integrated Recruitics platform — software, managed media, and analytics — as a unified solution rather than a collection of services, mapping capabilities to each client’s talent acquisition strategy.
- Consultative discovery. Investigate each client’s recruitment marketing objectives, hiring challenges, and tech stack; quantify revenue potential and fit; and align our platform to their goals as a trusted advisor.
- Executive engagement. Build and manage relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders, multi-threading complex deals through every buying influence.
- Proposals and negotiation. Customize proposals and presentations, lead RFP responses, and negotiate contracts to close — protecting margin while solving the client’s problem.
- Pipeline and forecasting. Build and manage a diversified pipeline in the CRM, maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and deliver consistent achievement against revenue targets.
- Cross-functional partnership. Partner with SDRs on an ICP-aligned outbound strategy, with Marketing on vertical-specific collateral, and with Client Strategy on case studies and smooth onboarding handoffs.
- Market expertise. Continually deepen your knowledge of the recruitment marketing and HR technology landscape and the competitive field, and represent Recruitics as a credible voice at industry events.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales experience, with a portion selling into HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Sound understanding of the recruitment marketing landscape; experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing verticals is a plus.
- A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10–20% of the company).
- Quota-carrying experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions — ideally into HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting buyers.
- Strong command of a consultative, solution-selling motion across complex, multi-stakeholder deals including C-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, and a proven ability to leverage technology and web platforms for research and due diligence.
- A team-player mentality with the ability to partner across internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience selling or managing recruitment media (programmatic job advertising, search, social, or sponsored job campaigns).
- Specialized experience in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Familiarity selling into Direct Employers, Staffing firms, and/or Job Boards, and an understanding of the HR tech stack (ATS, CRM, programmatic platforms).

Which companies sponsor visas for enterprise sales executives in California?
Large enterprise software and technology companies in California are among the most active sponsors for enterprise sales executive roles. Employers including Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, and Workday have filed Labor Condition Applications for senior sales positions in the past. Cybersecurity firms and cloud infrastructure companies in the Bay Area and Los Angeles also sponsor at this level, though sponsorship decisions depend on the specific role, the candidate's qualifications, and the employer's hiring priorities at the time.
Which visa types are most common for enterprise sales executive roles in California?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa for enterprise sales executives, provided the role is structured as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in a directly related field, such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated extraordinary achievement in sales leadership. Executives transferring from a foreign affiliate or subsidiary may qualify for the L-1A intracompany transferee visa.
Which cities in California have the most enterprise sales executive sponsorship jobs?
The San Francisco Bay Area, including San Jose and San Francisco proper, has the highest concentration of enterprise sales executive roles tied to sponsorship, driven by the density of SaaS, cloud, and enterprise technology headquarters. Los Angeles is a growing market, particularly in media technology, fintech, and e-commerce platforms. San Diego has a notable cluster of cybersecurity and life sciences companies that hire at the enterprise sales executive level.
How to find enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship jobs in California?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically to roles where employers have indicated openness to visa sponsorship, including enterprise sales executive positions across California. You can search by location, filtering for Bay Area, Los Angeles, or San Diego markets. Because enterprise sales roles vary widely in how they are classified, browsing Migrate Mate by job category helps surface positions that align with both your experience level and your visa sponsorship needs.
Are there any California-specific considerations for enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship?
California's prevailing wage requirements under the H-1B program reflect the state's high cost of living, meaning employers must pay wages that meet Department of Labor benchmarks for the specific region and job classification. Enterprise sales executive roles are typically classified at higher wage levels due to seniority requirements, which can influence which employers are willing to sponsor. California also prohibits non-compete agreements, which may affect how employers structure offers for candidates coming from out-of-state or international roles.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise sales executive jobs in California?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
