Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for enterprise sales executives?
Kansas-based employers with a history of sponsoring work visas for senior sales roles include Garmin (Olathe), Cerner (now Oracle Health, Kansas City area), Koch Industries affiliates, and Spirit AeroSystems. Larger technology and manufacturing firms operating in the state are generally more likely to sponsor H-1B visa or TN visas for enterprise sales positions than smaller regional businesses.
Which visa types are most common for enterprise sales executive roles in Kansas?
H-1B is the most frequently used visa category for enterprise sales executives in Kansas, particularly for roles requiring a specialized degree in business, marketing, or a technical field tied to the product being sold. Canadian and Mexican nationals may qualify for TN status under the NAFTA-successor USMCA. Australians may be eligible for the E-3 visa. O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrable industry recognition.
Which cities in Kansas have the most enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship jobs?
Wichita and the Kansas City metro area (including Overland Park and Olathe on the Kansas side) account for the majority of enterprise sales executive opportunities in the state. Olathe is home to Garmin's headquarters, which supports significant B2B sales activity. Overland Park hosts regional offices for technology and financial services firms that occasionally sponsor senior sales roles.
How to find enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to identify enterprise sales executive openings in Kansas without sifting through roles that don't offer sponsorship. Search by role and state on Migrate Mate to surface positions at companies already structured to support H-1B, TN, or E-3 visa candidates, saving significant time in the application research process.
Are there any state-specific considerations for enterprise sales executives seeking sponsorship in Kansas?
Kansas does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal obligations, but enterprise sales executive roles here often serve aviation, agriculture technology, and manufacturing sectors. Specialty occupation status for H-1B purposes is easier to establish when the role requires industry-specific technical knowledge, such as selling aerospace components or enterprise software to manufacturing clients, rather than general-purpose sales.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise sales executive jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
