Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for enterprise sales executives?
Milwaukee-based firms like Fiserv, Northwestern Mutual, and ManpowerGroup have histories of sponsoring work visas for senior sales roles. Madison's growing technology and life sciences sector includes companies like Exact Sciences and Epic Systems that hire enterprise sales talent. Larger multinationals with Wisconsin operations, including Johnson Controls and Rockwell Automation, also sponsor visa candidates for enterprise-level positions.
What visa types are most common for enterprise sales executive roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for enterprise sales executives in Wisconsin, provided the role requires a specialized bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or a technical discipline. Candidates with management or regional director responsibilities may also qualify under L-1A if transferring within a multinational company. O-1 visas are an option for candidates with documented extraordinary achievement in sales.
Which Wisconsin cities have the most enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee accounts for the largest concentration of enterprise sales executive sponsorship activity in Wisconsin, driven by its financial services, insurance, and industrial technology sectors. Madison follows closely, with demand coming from health technology, software, and university-affiliated companies. Green Bay and Appleton see sponsorship activity in manufacturing and packaging industries, where enterprise software and logistics sales roles often require experienced international candidates.
How to find enterprise sales executive visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to find enterprise sales executive roles in Wisconsin without sorting through positions that don't sponsor. You can search by state and role type to see which Wisconsin employers are actively hiring and open to sponsoring candidates. This saves significant time compared to manually reviewing job descriptions to determine sponsorship eligibility.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for enterprise sales executives seeking visa sponsorship?
Wisconsin employers sponsoring H-1B workers for enterprise sales executive roles must certify they will pay the prevailing wage for the position and location, as determined by Department of Labor guidelines. Milwaukee and Madison have distinct prevailing wage levels that differ from smaller Wisconsin markets. Enterprise sales roles must also meet the specialty occupation standard, meaning the position should genuinely require a relevant bachelor's degree, not just prefer one.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored enterprise sales executive jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
