We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to own the candidate experience from interview to onboarding—ensuring every new hire starts their journey feeling welcomed, prepared, and supported.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Prepare and send offer letters, verifying all details (names, titles, pay rates, hiring managers) before submission.
- Initiate and review background checks and onboarding tasks and escalate when necessary.
- Complete I-9 verification accurately and within required timeframes.
- Assign and track company equipment and user access data, maintaining accurate records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process, including communication, orientation, and follow-up.
- Create, maintain, and audit data in the HR databases, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
- Create and maintain compliant personnel files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor the HR inbox and route or respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process HR mail and route inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with terminations as directed, following all established processes.
- Collaborate within the department and across other departments to support HR operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must have: 1–2 years of recruitment or HR support experience
- Must have: Hands‑on experience with HRIS and/or ATS systems
